For twenty years I designed things for other people. Shops for luxury and retail brands. Construction projects, from the first budget to the keys. Lately, the press room of a Grand Prix.
One thing links all of it. Code. Computing, if you prefer the old word.
In September 2026 I decided to change my life. The plan fits in three lines:
- Stop designing for other people. Build my own software.
- Ten products instead of one job: apps, consulting, e-books, training.
- Do it with AI, as a one-person company, in public.
One person is not quite true. My wife and our two kids come with me everywhere. This month that means Marbella and a Starlink connection. It takes nerve to follow a man pushing fifty into a second life. They have it. I’m working on deserving it.
What you’ll find here
Code. The agents and skills I write, with the files. What works, what broke, why.
Motorsport. PressRoom OS ran the press room at the 2026 Monaco Grand Prix. Next: every pass, every season.
Travel, design, music. What happens between commits. Racetracks, trains, 3D, songs written for long drives.
What you won’t find: advice, top-10s, dashboards that only go up.
Where the rest lives
The products live at baair.solutions. The log goes out by email, every Thursday.
Entry one. The next one will be shorter.
