I run a one-person AI company in public. In October it earned 20.22 euros. This is my first long post on X. It has one job.
Every week, a workshop I built publishes without me. A LinkedIn post. An X post. An Instagram post. An article on the company site, French and English. A letter on Thursday. Two podcasts, one of them in my cloned voice. It runs on a Mac in my office.
I write the subject. The machine writes the versions. I read every one, on my phone, with coffee. I accept or I refuse. Nothing leaves without my last word.
October, real numbers. E-book sales: 20.22 euros. New subscribers to the letter: 3. Instagram views over the last 7 days: 457. A living? Nope. A baseline. You cannot measure a climb without the floor.
Gutenberg printed around 180 Bibles and died in debt. Nobody concluded that the press was a bad idea.
Why a long post. X cuts everything at 280 characters. The numbers above do not fit. The reasoning behind them fits even less. The short posts carry the signal. This one carries the ledger.
November is a test. One long post, every Friday. What I built, what it earned, what missed. Same numbers, no rounding.
